Ok. We were in Kay Jewelers last weekend getting my necklace fixed. While the lady was fixing it I was looking at all the rings and necklaces and blah blah blah. I pointed out several things I liked. I was NOT hinting to him that I wanted him to pop the question. I just said "Babe, I like this." Apparently he is very observant.

I was definatly shocked when he got down on one knee tonight. He must have worked it out with the neighbors that we were having dinner at our house? on the deck. They made it. I wasn't aloud outside on the deck until it was time to eat. Whatever. Fine. I went out it was so pretty. 4 glasses of wine, their nice china, and soft music playing. We ate. then, BAM, down on one knee. Of course I said yes. And started crying. Duh.

We talked it over tonight and plan to have a long engagement and want to get school out of the way and get back on track.
