Are You Thankful?

Are you thankful for all the 'luxury' things in your life? Such as your TV, cell phone, computer, & internet? Are you thankful for your family? Your mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew? What about your job? Some people don't have jobs. Some people can't pay their bills. Some don't have oil in their oil tank and are freezing at this very second. Some don't have coal. Some don't have money to eat hot meals.

While you're eating your turkey tomorrow, think of all the things that you are fortunate enough to have. Think of the people who don't get to enjoy turkey. I'll be thinking about them. Pray for them. Pray that they get some kind of meal so that they don't starve. Pray that they get some kind of clothing so they don't freeze. Pray they get shelter so they have somewhere warm and comfortable to sleep.
