Do you know how to PROPERLY examine your breasts?
Do you have a history of Breast Cancer in your family?

This is no joke people. Breast cancer is more severe than you actually think it is. If you don't catch it at the right time, it CAN be deadly. Women should PROPERLY examine their breasts ONCE a month. Once a month people. Come on. Let's take 5 minutes out of our day to check our breasts to see if we find lumps. It could SAVE your life! It's not a big deal! DO IT!
If you don't properly know how to examine yourself, ask your doctor. If you have ANY questions, ask your doctor. Communicate with your doctor. Do whatever you can to be educated! I sure want to know as much as I can!
