I just got news that my grandfather passed away tonight. It was coming. We all knew it. It sounds completely wrong to say.. but I'm not bawling my eyes out. He's better off. And I'm actually kind of glad he passed on. He isn't suffering anymore. I may sound like a real jerk here... but I'd rather him be in heaven not suffering then be in the stupid hospital suffering not being able to help himself. Now I have to go to bed.

i am sorry to hear about ur loss. sometimes it is hard to see that ur loved ones are better off moving on then to stay here and suffer. i watched both my granparents on my dad's side wither away and it was very painful.
