Patience, Where can I buy some?

This week I am playing the role of a mommy to 5 kids. It's kind of like having 2 sets of twins and then just a single kid. My oldest and my sister's oldest are only a few weeks apart. Then we have Jordin.. who would be the middle. He's 1.5. Then we have what would be the second set of twins.. They are about 3 months apart. Whatever, that has nothing to do with this. I'm not a very patient person to begin with. But when you have kids, you need patience. Ya know the saying Silence is Golden? Well when you have kids, Patience is golden. Do any of you know of a store where I can buy some? I hate waiting. I hate trying to decide on things because I feel like it's wasting time? I'm a freak, I know. Anyway.. I have learned to adapt to the life of a family of 4. I lost patience and gained patience. I haven't adapted to a family of 7. The more kids you have, the more patience you should have. I have snapped so many times on Abbie and Ryan.. it's not even close to being funny. I feel horrible. But adding 3 little munchkins into my family for a week has really hit me. I hate it. I want no more kids. I like my perfect little equal family. Two girls. Two boys. If I ever have any more children I will have no hair left and I will probably kill someone.
